How do I reset my password?

Can I get a refund on a premium tip?

Because tips are digital content that is accessible immediately after purchase, all sales are final once the content has been viewed. If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing a purchased tip, please email us and we will resolve it promptly.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your premium subscription at any time from your account settings page. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period. No further charges will be made after cancellation. If you have trouble cancelling, send us an email and we will take care of it for you.

I found an error in a tip or track record. What should I do?
